Shipping Schedule
As a small-staffed business, our operations are streamlined to ensure the best care for your plants. We ship our plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize the time they spend in transit and to avoid weekend delays.
Order Processing
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed by Sunday 5 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Processing Time: Orders placed after Sunday 5 PM EST will be processed for shipment the following week.
Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers to ensure your plants arrive in good condition. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Plant Acclimation
Upon receiving your plants, we recommend allowing them to acclimate to their new environment. It is best to avoid planting for 3-5 days to let them adjust to their new microclimate and recover from their journey in the box. During this acclimation period, place your plants in a shaded, sheltered area and gradually introduce them to their permanent location.
Shipping Issues
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants, occasionally issues may arise during transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
