Nativo Gardens Guarantee & Return Policy

At Nativo Gardens, we’re a small team committed to providing high-quality native and locally adapted plants. Every plant is hand-selected and packed with care, but once it leaves our hands, your care plays the biggest role in its success.

We’re here to be fair — firm when we need to be, flexible when it makes sense. Here’s what you can expect:


7-Day Grace Period for Plant Concerns

If you’re concerned about the health of your plant within 7 days of pickup, delivery, or arrival, please email us at info@nativotx.com with:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • Clear photos of the plant and where/how it’s being cared for

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to troubleshoot and offer honest guidance first. In rare cases where we believe the issue was on our end, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit — at our discretion.


Online Orders & Shipping Concerns

We ship Monday–Thursday to protect your plants from weekend delays. Once a package is in transit, we rely on our carriers — but we’re still here to help if something goes wrong.

If your order arrives with damage or a mistake, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Email info@nativotx.com with:

  • Photos of the box and affected item(s)

  • Your order number

  • A description of what happened

We do not offer refunds or replacements for shipping issues reported after 2 days.


What We Don’t Cover

To be fair to all our customers — and to protect our team and business — we do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage caused by improper planting, placement, or care (over/underwatering, too much sun/shade, etc.)

  • Plants left in cars, boxes, or unplanted too long

  • Wildlife, pet, or weather-related damage

  • Buyer’s remorse or “wrong plant for my space”

  • Discounted or clearance plants

  • Orders left unclaimed after 7 days


Returns on Non-Plant Items

Pots, tools, and other non-plant merchandise can be returned within 30 days with a receipt, in unused and original condition.

No returns on seasonal, special order, or clearance items.
